This policy explains how Commonwealth of Zion Assembly (Commonwealth of Zion Assembly London, “we”, “us”) uses cookies and similar technologies, and how we handle your personal data when you use this website for 7 Days of Glory. We comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR).
1. What cookies are
Cookies (and similar browser storage such as localStorage and sessionStorage) are small pieces of information stored on your device. Some are essential for the site to work; others are optional and only used with your consent.
2. Cookies we use

Strictly necessary cookies do not require consent under PECR. We do not set any optional or third-party tracking cookies unless you choose “Accept” in our cookie banner.
3. Managing your choice
When you first visit, our banner lets you Accept or Reject optional cookies — rejecting is as easy as accepting, and never limits your access to the site. You can change your mind at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser settings, which will make the banner appear again.
4. Personal data we collect
When you register or interact with the site, we may collect:
- Your name, email address, and the days you plan to attend (registration).
- Optional details you choose to submit, such as expectations, testimonies, prayer requests, photos, and survey responses.
- Attendance records (QR check-in/out) where you take part in the giveaway.
5. How and why we use it
- To confirm your registration and prepare seating, transport, and a warm welcome.
- To send you a confirmation and, with your consent, updates about 7 Days of Glory and ministry news.
- To run and verify the giveaway fairly.
- To moderate and, where you agree, publish expectations and testimonies.
Our lawful bases are your consent (for email updates and optional content) and our legitimate interests in organising the event you registered for.
6. Who we share it with
We use trusted processors to run the site and never sell your data: Vercel (hosting), Neon (database), Vercel Blob (media storage), and Resend (email delivery). Each processes data on our behalf under appropriate safeguards.
7. Retention
We keep registration and event data only as long as needed for 7 Days of Glory and related follow-up, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, to withdraw consent, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise any of these, contact us at london@coza.org.ng. You also have the right to complain to the UK Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.
